Contactless Payment Options

Take advantage of our easy online payment options!

COVID-19 has disrupted the usual way of the world. We’re encouraging all our customers to take advantage of our paperless, contactless billing options. Rather than waiting for mail or sending a cheque, there are several options that don’t require you to leave your home.

Save a monthly fee by switching to email invoices and use our Customer Portal or set up online banking to pay your monthly bill.

Digital invoices and payments are easy, eco-friendly and instant, eliminating any possible delay due to the postal ssytem and therefore, any potential disruption of your CCI services.

Use the CCI Customer Portal

The Customer Portal allows you the flexibility to view your account balance, pay monthly bills and update your personal information any time, without calling in.

You can also add a credit card to enable monthly transactions and update your expiry dates. Instructions for accessing the portal can be found on our FAQ page.

Switch to e-billing

Switching to an email invoice saves you $3/month, not to mention the cost of postage if you choose to pay by cheque. Plus, it doesn’t require any trips to the post office!

To set up e-billing, please call us at 1-888-240-2224 or email us at billing@cciwireless.ca from the email address associated with your CCI account. You can also add or change your billing email in the Customer Portal.

Use your bank’s mobile or online banking services

Most banking institutions will allow you to set up CCI Wireless as a payee, directly through their website or mobile banking app. This is a very quick and easy process for customers of ATB, BMO, CIBC, Scotiabank, RBC and TD Bank. CCI is also set up as a payee with certain credit unions – check with your branch to find out.

Search “CCI Wireless” and enter your unique account number. Find this account number on any invoice or through the Customer Portal.

If you’re unfamiliar with setting up a payee, we suggest searching your bank’s website for instructions, or getting in touch with your financial institution.

Set up automatic monthly withdrawals

Fill out a form to pre-authorize CCI to make automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account, Visa or Mastercard, eliminating the hassle of paying a bill each month.

Download and fill out our Pre-Authorized Debit & Credit Agreement, then return it to us at billing@cciwireless.ca along with a copy of a signed, VOID cheque. If you use online banking, you can download a digital copy of a VOID cheque from your financial institution.

Pay by phone

If you don’t do online payments, you can still call in to pay with a credit card. Call our Customer Care team at 1-888-240-2224 to pay over the phone. Note: We DO accept prepaid credit cards.
