Whitelisting / Adding Trusted Senders
If you suspect you are missing an email that you know you should have received, remember to check your Spam folder. If an email from someone you trust ends up in your Spam folder, you can prevent this from happening again by âwhitelistingâ their email address.
NOTE: Emails sorted into the Spam folder are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Whitelist a Single Email (Add Through Email Message)Â
Whitelist a sender by clicking âAllow Senderâ on any email message currently in your Spam Folder.
Add Multiple Whitelisted Emails (Add Through Settings)Â
1. Login to your email at mail3.cciwireless.ca.
2. Click on âSpam Settingsâ in the command bar on the left-hand side of your screen.
You will see your current Spam Server settings. We recommend leaving default settings, as this will ensure that even if an email message is flagged as Spam, if will be available in the Spam Folder where it can be deleted or whitelisted.
3. To add to your whitelist, click on âWhitelistâ under Edit Spam Lists.
4. Enter the email address of the trusted sender and then click âAdd.â
Repeat this step to add more email addresses to your whitelist.
